had awesome awesome dinner at Rocket last night. could easily become one of my top 5 favourite restaurants in LON!

this is the crepe filled with dulce de leche, bananas, mascapone and macadamia nuts accompanied by vanilla ice cream. Love it sooo much!

am using this photo to remind myself next time not to overcook the dough balls from supermarket! (dough balls from pizza express)

have a break, have a kit kat!

i played with the foil wrapping all the time when i was a kid, carefully making the logo come on the foil without breaking it or smudging it too much so the chocolate melts. it’s part of the ritual of enjoying a bar of kit kat.

it used to be 4 fingers though, which comes in plastic bag packaging now. that’s ok, i can live with the 2 fingers. i only wish they’d stop adding the annoying calories message!

my lunch

while it’s getting cold these days, i especially love having a bowl of hot Japanese Sanuki udon with seaweed on top, in soy sauce and mirin. plain, just like that.

home is..

one of things i do when i miss home is to eat something from hong kong, like this yummy japanese fried squid from 優の良品, a hong kong company despite its japanese name.
